Oh my gracious, Barbara, I am overwhelmed. When you said, “goodies,” I assumed you meant something small with your logo on it, not this handsome, stuffed to the brim tote bag! It’s better than Christmas morning - just so many gifts to open and discover, right down to a much needed converter, drink thermoses just the right size for hiking, and even sweet notes to Sophie and me. You read my mind, and I’ve simply crossed out everything (and then some I hadn’t even thought of) off my to-do list for these last few days. From beginning to end you have made this trip planning effortless and downright fun. Our travel consultant, Barbara Smalley, has exceeded our expectations while assisting us with a cruise to the Panama Canal with friends and family reunion cruises to the Caribbean. Her knowledge and attention to detail are exemplary. She is exceptionally responsive in her communications, no small feat when you are trying to meet the needs/wants of a large group such as the trip that she planned for 5 siblings, spouses and children (with COVID thrown into the mix). We presented Barbara Smalley with multiple challenges with our trip to Alaska and Canada. When Canada closed its borders Barbara scrambled to make changes and get everything organized and confirmed. It is hard to describe how fabulous our trip to London was!!! Everything was just as we hoped and then some.
Being our first time to London, there is no way we could have planned without Barbara’s help, especially when it came to buying tour tickets ahead of time and dinner reservations in advance. Good call indeed.

And when, at the last minute of course, we wanted to upgrade our rooms, Barbara made it happen.

This was the third trip Barbara has planned for us and I can promise it won’t be the last.

P.S. half the fun of traveling is getting there. The goodie bags Barbara sends for the trip is a super fun bonus!!! It is hard to describe how fabulous our trip to London was!!! Everything was just as we hoped and then some.

Can’t rave enough about the service level. Was overseas and scheduled to fly back through Atlanta when Hurricane Irma hit. Barb pulled an all-nighter to get me rerouted and home safely. Will use her for all my vacation planning from now on!

Not only was our trip to Maui, Hawaii an incredible 5 days of fun and relaxation, but the service, guidance and direction Barbara gave us was first class. I was overwhelmed trying to plan our 50th Anniversary Cruise, but from the moment I first talked with Barb, she did it all!! From making me an invitation to send to everyone to helping us get all the credits we could, she was there. Everyone was so impressed at how she answered all our many questions right away.
